Get a special chow mein from the Chinky Chuckaway, split it between two containers for two days hassle free light lunches.

A Greggs pasty with carrot sticks, baby tomatoes and celery.followed up with some fresh fruit. an apple or a couple of easy peel clementines, they are really nice at the moment.
