Only what's prescribed for me. B, C, D & Folic Acid.
I don't but I am sure that plenty of ABers do.
I know Folic Acid is also a form of VitB.
I take Wellwoman 50+ (they make them for different ages). They were recommended by GP.
Waitrose's own A-Z Multivitamin and mineral supplement.
Any own-brand (Boots, Superdrug, any supermarket) or online supplier is likely to be way cheaper than the big brands with similar contents.
Glucosamine, Cod Liver Oil and Quest Super Once a day multi vitamins every day for many years now.
I take super strength probitics to manage my IBS. Good gut health and intestinal flora is linked to your immune system.
I take the Perfectil ones for healthy hair.
Since lockdown, I've been taking D3.
I take folic acid (kept up with it after my son was born in 2003), zinc and have just started us all on high strength vit D (after reading stuff on here). Hubby takes Coenzyme Q10 and omega 3, son had been taking omega 3 with multi vitamins since he was about 3 (he is 17 now).
SharonA 17.11 Very wise.
B12 is another common deficiency, particularly among veggies and vegans.
I bought some, but they’re the size of horse tranquillisers so I haven’t take any.
I take centrum performance, vitamins b12 and d along with calcium and cod liver oil
I used to take B12 but they've taken me off it now. The other B's are doing their job..

VitD though...is really important (to me) I'll be in pain if I don't take it.
I take D3, C, fish oil, and magnesium. I'm going to add vitamin K2, which iirc reading recently, prevents a build up of calcium in the arteries that can be caused by D3.
Sherr...a lot of vitamins are now available as sprays and drops...which are said to be absorbed better. Oh, there's also powder versions of magnesium.
That’s good to know Pasta.
