It's possible that no region is yet in the harshest tier.
They might be saving that for the punishment for regions that don't respond.

I wonder if the government will start listening to and respecting the advice of local representatives.

Watching now on Sky, it appears Liverpool are going to tier 3 ,we are *staying* in tier 2 in the NE
Presumably the national levels thing has now been abandoned.
Or can you be level 3 tier 2, level 2 tier 4 for example

In tier 1, it’s just the rule of 6, whether you’re Level 2,3 or 4
So much simpler now indeed :-)
