From comments I`ve read, it seems that a lot of questions get deleted by other users for some reasons which are trivial or really offensive or just malice. Why then cannot other users just get rid of max&lady?

I don't know how to - otherwise I certainly would.
There isn't really a report option for these questions..also three people must report a question for it to be wiped for consideration by the Editor.
We have asked repeatedly that these Marlboro people be given a section of their own for the duration of the contest ..this goes on until December apparently ...by which time we will all be tearing our hair out and completely bonkers .
The Editor won't give them a section because it would seem as if AB is endorsing cigarettes.
All you can do is keep directing them to forums which have been set up.
The problem is they are all so set on winning this million dollars and become nasty to one another and also people who have tried to help them when the first lot of questions appeared. There was one contestant who was giving fellow contestants misleading answers ..just goes to show how nice they all are to each other .

One of the reasons for getting a question banned is advertising so if a question is headed with that M word, then it's advertising cigarettes. Surely a legitimate reason to be banned?
I made that point in a previous post but it falls on deaf ears .

I quote
They have to go somewhere ..I do agree..but the Editor is loathe to give them a category as it would seem like the blatant advertising of cigarettes as she says in her post further down ...and I quote from said post.....

".We would not create a sub-category especially for this quiz however as we would not want to be seen as promoting cigarrettes....reality TV, now, that's OK."

Mind you ...with Marlboro...at the top of most of the headings for these questions they are doing their own advertising anyway.

This thread shows one of two responses by the AB ed in a similar vein. Even if other users did report Marlboro question posters, it is they (the reporters) who are more likely to have their answer banned or even run the risk of being banned form the site. If AB will not do anything, all we can do as users of the site is to do what we have been doing and hope the message gets across. Though not much hope of that, in my opinion.

Far be it from me to defend the Marlboro mafia, but surely if advertising is a reason for deleting posts by the time we'd got rid of the names of newspapers, magazines and charities there'd not be a lot left.
Don't asnwer any questions except to request that no one answers might do it!
Perhaps not even do that?
