Hi Has anybody got a Leek/Bacon Pudding Recipe they could share please.? Tried and tested if possible.Also Can you put a plastic pudding basin in a Pressure Cooker.?

From a physics (and chemistry) viewpoint, I can't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to use a plastic pudding basin in a pressure cooker. Further, Lakeland's plastic pudding basins are specifically marketed as "suitable for pans, pressure cooker or microwave":
