Is there a simple way to check if an Email has anything nasty in it, virus or malware wise?

The virus is not the email itself, but the attachment, which comes with the email, is the virus itself. So, don't open the attachment that comes alone without information or titles. Look for signs that will give away if the email is valid or not.
