The same as whose responsible for flue and SARS and ebola and the black death and plague of london
please sir it wasn't me
There’s a clue in the “from coronavirus” bit
It's not a "who"...its a "what".
A person who shall remain nameless tells us it was CHI-NA. CHI-NA.
you are.
God, apparently.
as in another thread - - - coronavirus - every one
Trump has had a nil response to it
and said it is a state responsibility

also there is a health sector and not a health service
and apparently no one minds if sections of the population die at home when they need hospital. No research is being done on the data amassing because there is no money in it

They have no public health lab service = and neither do we hur hur and so there is no central authority, data collection or control

The only big number research is Rthe ecovery trial in London
No one.

You can’t really blame a country for it being the first place to have a case.
You can’t really blame the President for the disease reaching our shores. It could be argued that the President made mistakes, but as we don’t yet know the final outcome, it may be that the virus was unstoppable no matter who was leading our country.
God
I wash my hands of the whole mess.
