Help. The new M&S online returns system via Royal Mail is supposed to be easy. So easy I’m finding it a nightmare. I have no printer and trying to get a code is proving impossible.

Thanks for your reply. Somehow the relevant QR code has appeared on my iPad, but I haven’t a clue how it happened. Ain’t technology great?! Not if you’re a 73 year old how did that happen ? sort of person!
