To all the young people, especially students. Don't go out enjoying yourselves after 10pm. Dont visit your friends. Don't organize any parties and dont expect a job after your studies, there wont be any. But hey it's your duty to destroy your fun and future. No wonder a lot are rebelling, I'm 62 and I may or may not be vulnerable but I don't blame them.

I don't understand the 10pm ~ does the virus only appear
after 10

By the way Dave you've got a point
There will be plenty of jobs.
Just think of all the money they are saving.
I always thought students went to university to learn. Didn't realise till this recent publicity that they spend so much time out drinking late at night. They are always claiming poverty and living on beans - try spending drinks money on food in future.
lankeela, it may be that the ones who are poor are not the ones out drinking all night. Not all students lead identical lives.
Let’s face it politics as she is dished out ain’t for the young
Most don’t vote so why would it be :-)
Yes that little virus is so clever. All fluffy bunny at 9:59 and turns nasty at 10:00 - cos Witless says so.

Johnson has truly lost the plot. The 1922 need to take him down.
Think you have missed your intended audience. No one young comes here
Yes they were all bullied off.
I'm still here.
Still sweet sixteen eh Dougie? :-)

When are you joining the riots?
I'm young at heart.
Danny 13. must be the youngest on here.
// Johnson has truly lost the plot. The 1922 need to take him down.//

I seriously think he is hoping they will!
// Didn't realise till this recent publicity that they spend so much time out drinking late at night. //

one of my colleagues said of his brother who read maff
all he seemed to do was look at the ceiling thro the bottom of a bottle
( good maff degree so he must have studied at some time )
Hold the Front page! Students go out drinking late -who would have thought?
Wonder if the student bars will close and 10pm?
There is absolutely NO evidence that the young are responsible for the second spike. NONE.

The fact that the Government had a £Million campaign to tell us all to go back to work, and then a fortnight later telling us the complete opposite is a bit of a clue to the real cause.

They locked down far too late, eased far too early and now lockdown2 is with us for 6 months at huge expense to the economy, jobs and personal freedom.

I fear the British public is tiring of their incompetence, utter uselessness.
I feel most sorry for the younger people. I had my turn of being a teenager, where socialising was the most important priority. They have missed out a lot, with exams, proms, pubs, parties, schools, colleges, preschools... all normal things, while not themselves being particularly at risk themselves.
It's impossible to catch the virus before 10pm we all know that.
I have noticed a shift in recent weeks to blaming people for the increased cases of the virus.
The young in general dont vote for the Tories so they are an easy target to apportion blame
