I have a complaint against mobile company EE. I've had no joy with the local shop or the phone in proceedure.I spent 30 minutes filling in their email form only to find that it won't recognise any postcode I enter.Is this their way of ensuring that they don't get any complaints?

Have you tried with and without a space between the two parts of the postcode. ?
