Does anyone take these food supplement for arthritis joint pain? If so, how do you find them? Do they work for you?

Thank you all. I had an infusion of zolandronic acid yesterday to treat osteoporosis and have to have a further blood test in two weeks time to see how efficacious it has been. I will then consider some of the options given here. Thanks again for taking the time to answer. x
try them and see
turmeric is available at any indian food shop
and is mildly antiseptic ( negatively associated with ca colon - that is - eat it and you dont get it )
