I went to the dentist today.
Had an assessment first, and an injection to numb the area to be treated. Dentist and nurse both had face masks and visors.
Went back in when frozen and they were both wearing large black masks, which they said were hard to breath through, let alone talk, and visors.
Had the treatment I needed but could barely hear what either of them were saying through these huge masks. Didn’t see another patient at all.
Made me realise how much we rely on doctors and dentists when we need them. The treatment I had has been delayed since lockdown.

Lucky you. Got a whopping great hole in my tooth where my filling dropped out, cant get in my dentist to get it filled.
Dont realise what youve got 'till its gone...
Ditto my wife :-(

I went about 3 weeks ago, I rang the Dentist because I had lost a filling, and arranged an appointment.
When I arrived I had my temperature checked, and both sessions in
the surgery the Dentist and the Dental Nurse looked like Knights in Armour.
Well satisfied with what they did to be fair.
ten to one all they were saying was "open wider".
