Did you read the instructions? This is from their website:

Product description
An eruption of refreshing cold: with the Klarstein Ice Volcano 2G ice cube maker, bring ice cold drinks to hot parties!

After only 6 to 12 minutes, the first cubes fall into the 0.6 kg large storage container.

Something tells me there's nothing wrong with the ice machine and you've done something wrong somewhere ...
The manufacture's description states: "After only 6 to 12 minutes, the first cubes fall into the 0.6 kg large storage container"
https://www.klarstein.co.uk/Home-appliances/Ice-cube-machines/Ice-Volcano-2GB-Ice-Cube-Machine-LED-12kg-every-24h-2l-6-10min-Black-Black.html
So something appears to be going wrong if you've not seen a single ice cube!

Have you ensured that the back and sides of the unit are at least 15cm from a wall (or from any other obstruction), as specified in the instruction manual? If not, the heat extracted from the water won't be able to dissipate properly, resulting in the machine not functioning as intended.
My ice maker, not the same one, had to stand upright for four hours before using
Is there any power to the machine?
