I'd bet the Houdini kitten was born in an old vehicle and that's where it felt safe.

Blimey, a Houdini cat and a couple of not Houdini dogs. I have the feeling that Houdini the cat is going to be one heck of a well traveled cat !
Slow news days are something to be thankful for. We get them. Usually they say how often the emergencies services have been called out to rescue people who should know better.
I've lost count of the number of times I've seen reports about that poor St Bernard being rescued from a mountain.

Thousands of pounds are being spent almost weekly saving animals who have wound up in possibly dangerous situations. Just wait. If they still don't want to come out, so be it.
I love all manner of animules, but Mother Nature does the cull.
Unfortunately her work is often interfered with when it comes to the bipeds.
