Here is last month's thread.

Covid-19 restrictions have eased slightly, so we are able to be more active. How has this affected your weight loss and dieting?

Ive lost 6.03kgs in 6 weeks, just by cutting down on sugar, replacing most of my meat with fish, eating more home made yogurt and generally cutting down on the quantities that I eat. I must say, it really hasnt been difficult and its still coming off!

Discovered another secret to slimming. Not happy with this tyrannical face covering nonsense, we opted to get a pizza delivery last night. Not done that for ages. Special offer, BOGOF, we ordered a medium sized one each, and swopped halves for variety. Discovered this morning I'm 1lb down in the last 24 hours. So that's it ! Eat as much pizza as possible and watch the pounds fall off !
According to the scientists OG your wearing of a face covering is keeping me safe and vice versa so I’m all for them however unpleasant they are to wear.
If they weren't making a significant contribution before the peak, they ain't going to be that useful on the way down. Besides it's one thing to make available and advise, a totally different one to demand by law in a western democracy as if this were Russia, or China, or some such similar country that doesn't think the citizens have much in the way of rights but must do whatever they're told.
