Early doors for this thread as I am working all week. No win or e.w. singles this week as I will not be in a position to check on non-runners, nor participate in the 365 'ITV offer'. So, just a straightforward Lucky 15 and e.w. acca, concentrating on the 4 handicaps taking place on the first day of the Festival;

1.10; Tomorrow's Dream @ 4/1
1.45; Maydanny @ 8/1
3.45; Count D'orsay @ 10/1
4.55; Tulip Fields @ 9/2

4 placed = £38, 4 winners = £3,696

Best of luck to all punters :-)

Afternoon, gents. That HQ meeting is awful from a punting point of view. If I lived across the road from the track and the entrance was free I wouldn't even think of going. Which just leaves Goodwood as the other 2 meets are 'matinee' timed.

1.50; Tommy G @ 5/1 (Rev f/c with May Remain)
2.25; Platitude @ 10/1 (Rev f/c with Laafy)
3.35; Atalanta's Boy @ 16/1 (Rev f/c with Meraas)
4.10; King Ragnar @ 4/1 (Rev f/c with Mister Snowdon)

Win/e.w singles, 20p L15, £1 e.w. acca. 4 placed = £60, 4 winners = £7,485.

ITV 7; 3 of the above, plus Karibana, Enbihaar, Makawee & Dubious Affair. Despite the low number of runners, have done a £1 e.w. acca.

Regards working in those type of conditions,Togo. I suffer from Hyperhidrosis and despite taking my time, I went through 3 T-shirts. Drenched isn't the word. Stuck a can of John Smith's Smooth in the freezer when I got in, had a shower, then enjoyed a nice cool pint (almost) :-))
All a bit of a rush but here goes.

Rewaayat @10/3 1.50 Good
King's Advice @5/1 2.25 Good.
Meraas @11/2 3.35 Good.
King Ragnar @7/2 4.10 Good.

£1.00 e/w acca 30p Doubles and Trebles.

ITV7 The bottom 3 of those with Baashir, Enibhaar, Expressionless, & Vivid Diamond. Good luck if you try a bet.
Sick of ruddy Goodwood....Haha. Done my 3 Newmarket runners in a 50p Trixie. Baashir 2.40, Expressionism 3.15, Vivid Diamond 3.50.

Just put a £5 win on Arsenal to win 2-1 and saw that there was £1.56p in shrapnel left in the account. Meghan Nicholls was being interviewed at the time so I put 78p e.w. on old Brian The Snail - one of the good doctor's horses. £11 back, :-))

Having opened the Festival with a winner, i'm hoping to end it with one, too.

£2 win on Hats Off To Larry @ 14/1
Gotta smile Ken...I did 50p e/w on it, as ya do @66/1. £8.75 back. My best pay out all week Haha. Bet the Doc had a grand on at 16.5/1.
I have 50p e/w on Dolphin Vista @100/1 :))

To be totally honest, Togo, I was contemplating an e.w. bet on George Bowen, one of Fahey's other 2 runners. I plumped for BTS only because they were playing a pre-recorded interview with Meg Nicholls as I was placing my Arsenal bet:-))
I thought you might have had a little e.w. bet, too. :-)

The clock was showing 95 mins and 37 seconds and 365 were offering just £63.39 as 'cash-out'! I farted in their general direction, waited 'til the final whistle and picked up £75 for the 2-1 and £30 for BTTS & Arsenal :-))) Jut waiting for BTTS and Atalanta to win later on.
