I usually go into groans of pain, gets rid.
I get her, in fact that's the only spam call I ever get (only on my mobile). I used to be polite but now she gets short shrift. It makes me think who are these people who wake up in the morning and know their day is going to be filled with making highly irritating calls to people about fake accidents.
Ask her to repeat that.

I wanted to know if I was in hospital :0/
I allways ask if the accident was the one where I was killed or the one after that? It's funny but they allways hang up, how rude of them!
If I'm feeling particularly argumentative I try to get them to explain the Low Value PI claims protocol.

Earlier , I couldn't be bothered and told him to do one since I've already caused enough mischief today without actually trying. :)
I often say, I've had two accidents a week apart, which one are you referring to?

They usually hang up.
I got one last week telling me I had been named as person causing an accident. I asked for my registration number and they hung up :-)
"I'm sorry, accident? surely an accident is something that happens unexpectedly and where no one is to blame. Would you like to reconsider your words.". Usually works.
