In my English exam there was a question:
Choose the correct answer:
I don't often see her. If i ( saw - see - will see) her tomorrow, I ( will spoke - would speak - speak) to her.
I chose see - speak. Is that correct or saw - would speak?

if I see her I will speak (future tense for tomorrow)
see- I will
The question does not give the correct answer as an option. The correct answer is as above. The options only give you:

"If I see her tomorrow I will spoke to her" or
"...I would speak to her" or
"I speak to her".

You need "...I will speak to her.
If I saw her tomorrow I would speak to her.
"If I saw her tomorrow I would speak to her" is also correct.
saw is past tense. see is future.
In conversation and given the choices in the exam question, I agree with Bhg.
...and BD
Imagine the question, "If you saw her, what would you do?" or "What would you do if you saw her?" The reply would be, "I would speak to her."

The use of the "if" in the OP makes it a future conditional and that is why the "saw " and "would" are the correct options.
Good luck with the exam refaaia.
I would say "If you seen" but that would just confuse REFAAIA...
Based on the available options, the correct answer is I don't often see her. If I see her tomorrow, I would speak to her.
I don't think there is a single correct answer.
I think the answer they want is "If I saw her tomorrow I would speak to her"

Alternatively, I'd say "if I were to see her tomorrow I'd [or "I would"] speak to her". That option isn't available but I think sounds better.

However, I think most people would simply say "If I see her tomorrow I'll speak to her" and everyone would understand what that means, so it seems 'correct' to me. It's probably what I'd say- anything else sounds a bit highfalutin.
