I hope this is possible
I’m hoping to decorate a number of mini Christmas trees (approx 8 inches). I would like to decorate them with lights - flashing if possible - and would like them to use solar powered cells

go to amazon and google solar string lights...not cheap
Ric why not buy a small string of lights with AAA battery feed, that's what we use.
Ric how far do you want your trees to be apart?

Basically I’m wanting to convert these into solar
Maybe by using these

5Pcs Mini Solar Panel Small Cell Module Charger 30x25mm 1V
Unsure what those lights are, battery I assume, but a solar charger would need a chargeable battery to store power during the day, and a light detecting switch to know when to turn the lights on and start discharging the battery. I've no doubt it can be done, but wonder whether anyone can be bothered.

Johnny - is that with solar power cells?
(Bear in mind you might get best answer)
In my experience solar power lights dont work in the winter months as not enough sunlight. I have a few around my garden, they rarely work during the winter.
yes Ric they have solar powered cells
