I am expecting a parcel today via U P S. The time given in the email is ‘End of Day’ and I’m wondering what is meant by that.

Does anyone have experience of this company please?

Hi, I dont have experience of this company but other companies also mention this kind of phrase, that means that within the working hours of the day, your product would be delivered, this is what I understand by this phrase.

OK thanks.
I've only had stuff delivered by Parcel Force, they start with Am or Pm, but eventually zoom into a 20 minute delivery time when van is close.
When Amazon deliver to me (Prime service), the initial email states delivery "by 9pm". As the day progresses, the time becomes more specific...."between 1.45 and 3.45pm" and then..."six stops away....five stops away" etc.
For non-commercial properties UPS state up to 7pm (or even later) https://www.ups.com/gb/en/tracking/tracking/detail-help.page#contentBlock-13
