I agree with FF, he is quite likely to have performed the dong at some point but without going through every single Album track and concert playlist I cannot find him singing it.

I have never heard any version of 'Kingston Town' by Bob Marley.

UB40 tended to cover Ska records, rather than Reggae songs. Different genre, and a couple or three years difference.
