For the past two nights I’ve woken up with itchy red bites all over me- just random ones on various limbs etc. I don’t think it’s bed bugs as they’re not in a trail. Just the odd red bump which is very itchy and gets worse with scratching. Since it happens at night, any idea what it could be? I’ve washed all my bedding. Could a random mosquito do all this damage? Also if I’m mostly under the covers?!

Maybe you are just more aware when lying in bed at night. I put it down to it being summer and nasty biting things are all around.
Anthisan is good for treating these mysterious summer bites/itches - readily available over the counter
Spider bites? If you have head and foot boards clean them and slats under the mattress, or tiny ants?
Sounds like a pesky mozzie. Spiders usually have 2 punctures.
Why on Earth would a spider bite a human being? They don't feed on blood. And where do you lot sleep, on the floor in your cellar?
Do you have a cat, it could be fleas
