My husband has become so exasperated at my tossing and turning, in and out of bed all night, that he has given up and moved into spare room to sleep. Am so upset. Yet I don’t blame him. But it’s so so lonely without him in here..... :(

Perceived wisdom is that the rich always had separate bedrooms, and still do.

Working families in cities with less room slept together, and it became the norm for couples to share a bed.

Now, it is far more common for people to admit that they sleep separately - the stigma that there must be problems is slipping away, and a lot of people admit they enjoy their own space and 'visiting rights'.
Smow, I thought he was talking about divorce fairly recently. Better to have him in the spare room than not there at all. Enjoy the peace!

You might enjoy an early rise. ;-)
We've been talking of getting single beds (Mr Alba and I, not me and Douglas)

Mr Alba blames me for bouncy, bouncy, I blame him. We are agreed it's the wrong type of bouncy, bouncy tho.
