Hi all
Have been asked if only watch tv on ITV +1 do you need a licence ?
the news is on at 6pm on ITV but if watch it on 33 at 7pm its not live,
same with CH 5 film 4 all have plus 1

Also what about US stns such as CBS or
Talking Pictures which is independent

How would you prove you only watch + 1 channels ?
If you have any device that can pick up a terrestrial channel the you should have a licence, not just BBC. Years ago chanced my arm when I lived in a flat, but not seen detector van for ages, but you may get a knock on the door if you have had a licence and not renewed it.

You do not need a TV Licence to watch:
non-BBC programmes on online catch-up services
roslyn that's online and not via a TV though.
You still need a licence woofgang if device is capable of receiving a tv signal.
