my son Frazer was hospitalized last month for treatment and his care home refused to re-admit him till this week, leaving him occupying the hospital 3weeks longer than necessary. Boris' comment was correct!

If we look back on history then people/countries/leaders etc etc have never apologised for much worse, so as alot have said, why should he!!
