Why are you posting answers you've already figured out?
It's a daily feature of AB. Dummyflutter will do it too Mozz and then Mouseymick. I think it's a harmless bit of competitiveness to get in first
It's a pretty poor clue, I feel. 'Completely' and 'entirely' would be synonyms, 'completely' and 'entirety' aren't.
Thanks FF, I didn't realise. As you were.

Mozz - It's to give a kickstart to people who like doing the Alphapuzzle decoding but can't work out the cryptic clue. I've been there myself, which is how I found AB. This gives a bit back. As I'm in Spain, I have a one-hour time advantage over most people here, which is a bit unfair but the world works like that.
No worries Satprof, I'd seen several similar posts an often wondered the point of them. Makes more sense now :-)

Neveracrossword - I agree, but we have to allow a certain degree of 'compiler license'. Cryptic clues are better if they're not immediately obvious. The subtleties of language allow for synonyms that may be close in meaning but not exact replicas of each other.
"compiler license" OK, but entirety is a noun, completely is an adverb. They are not synonyms, they are different parts of speech.
Satprof, thanks. That clue wouldn't be allowed in many 'real' crosswords. Not only do we have the entirety/completely stuff, but the ordering of the clue wouldn't pass muster! The 'changed' refers to 'tiny tree', so should be closer to it.
Entirety ... 19,21,23,18,17,19,23,22 ... Q is 3. Regarding above comments , I just enjoy completing the Alphapuzzle at my own pace, at my age I’m in no rush to be first. My morning routine always ends with this puzzle Stay safe.
Entirety
Sat Prof - that extra hour makes all the difference !
Question Author
M/mick - That's fine. I don't give the level of detail you provide so that the puzzle is still a challenge. The extra help a bit later in the day will be welcome, especially to beginners.

Neveracrossword/Nescio - I would guess that the compiler was so pleased with the anagram of 'tiny tree' that s/he glossed over the difference in the parts of speech. It's not as if there's any shortage of proper synonyms for entirety.
