Was out for a run earlier with Nat and Nisha, before it got too warm. Nisha is training me for a half marathon, sadly there are none on at the moment, but we're getting there distance wise and it's fun. Going to hold down a sun bed in the rear garden for a while now. Hope you're all enjoying your day.

It didn't show when I put 'Sunny Sunday' in the search box, next time it did, so ok.
It's bright and blustery here in the glorious West Country. In fact, it's down right chilly. So a sunbed is a mythical thing.
//7 m in 49 mins//
i did that once on the A406 northbound

Nice one AEL :o)
aelmpvw, I once did 10 miles in 8 hours on the M11. That has to be some sort of record.
I did less than one metre in 3.5 hours outside Barcelona in 2006.

Not so sunny here btw.
someone will be along to say they were stationary for a fortnight

That's lockdown, ael ;-)
It's a mixture of sun and showers here, hopefully will sort itself out soon.
Rather overcast and coolish, very changeable just now.

Still sunny, wind is picking up a bit now but garden is nice and sheltered.
Rain bouncing down but the ducks aren't bothered.

Nonsense. A known and used expression down here for years. It was used on a pedigree chum TV advert for years.
Another expression is 'It was like the last keg at a butcher's picnic' meaning a mad dash ,scramble,or melee.
Weather here is sunny spells with a cool breeze occasionally. All windows and patio doors open though. Not worth breaking out the Steamer Loungers. It will bucket later for sure. :-(
Lol. Just started .

Just back from a walk to the shops with Dave and the dogs, running low on liquid refreshments, met some mates on way home, been sat on a bench chatting, as you do, it was good.
