Boxes of medication nowadays comes in sealed packets .
That is, the opening of the boxes are sealed down with tape or they have sort of indents where you press to break and open the box

I have a box of tablet medication issued by the pharmacist .
I have noticed that the tape sealing down the opening has been broken completely

Is there any reason to be concerned or should I just go ahead and take the medication ?

It wouldn't bother me.
Often, sealed boxes are opened because the GP has prescribed a "non-standard" number....say 120 when the boxes come with just 100.
The odd ones have to come from somewhere....it's happened to me several times.

Sqad........ dumped the zimmer , excellent .
Bazile, presumably the tablets are also in blisters, with the name of the medication on the other side too? The box has probably just been damaged in transit.
