I’m getting ready to go for a brisk walk with a friend soon, I automatically put my sanatizer and mobile phone ready ( dont want a bag, I’d rather be hands free )
Then I thought, why take a phone on a brisk walk that’ll only take maybe an hour?
Have we become so dependant on a mobile phone that is part of our makeup?
My husband knows where I am and I know my friend will have hers ,it’s her lifeline :0))

This post reminded me to check my phone. Yes it is dead. I never remember to recharge it. In fact very seldom use it. It's a just in case phone!
