Hi , if you claim esa and have a private pension ,your esa payment is affected. Basically the first £85 of your weekly pension is discounted ,then the amount left, is halved . This amount is then deducted from your esa weekly payment. My question is , if you have TWO pensions, are they calculated as two separate pensions ( first £85 omitted for each.etc ) OR are they added together and treated as one amount . Thank you
