Well.. It's debatable now if Americans even have rights. From the videos of these riots, people arrested for preaching in the street (peacefully) the police are literally doing drive by shootings of rubber bullets (to the face, not to the floor, like intended), police attacking peaceful protesters.
The Amerikkkan system is corrupt to the core, like an apple with a fat slug in the middle sucking it dry.
