My Virgin Meciz went down last night. Still not working. Green WiFi light on modem. Anyone else had problems!

Have you tried to reboot by pressing the little hole at the back with a pin ?

Yes. Green light flashing (at the bottom, not the WiFi light). No signal, started last night whilst watching the news, suddenly the picture froze, then screen went black, then came on again. Error message (W02) came up. Checked connections but all seemed OK.
Unplug the modem for 10 seconds and plug in again.
Have you unplugged it at the wall? Is the outside box intact.

This did happen to me. I had the white box. Virgin man didn’t even check it, saw the white model and replaced it for a black one. Has worked fine ever since.

I have tried unplugging the modem. Yes, Gromit, we do have a white box on the wall outside. I will call 150. Who knows how long we will wait! Thanks guys!
Virgin can test the equipment remotely before sending an engineer. If there was an local area outage, it is unlikely to last overnight, those are usually sorted out very quickly.

Just rang Virgin, there is a problem in my area and the engineer is working on it. Should be up and running by 4pm, if not it may be tomorrow! They have said I will get a refund if not fixed quickly.
