Still doing lots of things on the tablet. I have been able to photo but can't video at the mo. Any help please.

Not familiar with the Fire HD .. but I think this is what you do ..
To capture a video, follow these steps:
On the Home screen, swipe upward to scroll down to the Favorites grid and tap the Camera app.
The Camera opens.
Tap the Camera/Video button. ...
Tap the red Record button ...
When you're ready to stop recording video, tap the Stop button.

Herw to help JJ. Bring the camera up like before. Swipe right on the screen and it should give you and option to switch from photo to video.

Now, don't do anything mucky with it. ;-)

I have one, have used the video function. Ask Alexa to open it She can do everything else

Rowan - I think I need to set Alexa up to get it to work.

having the video will mean I can take my great nephews/nieces when they are finally able to call.
