Is This True About Stars And Atoms?

I've seen a thing doing the rounds now a few times that states "There are more stars in the observable universe, than there are grains of sand on earth. However, there are more atoms in a single grain of sand, than there are stars in the observable universe"

Is this actually true, and if so, WOW!?!?! Mind blowing.

The one I was always told was
"there are more atoms in a teaspoon of water than teaspoons of water in the Atlantic ocean". Still don't know how true it is!

Yeah, it's the amount of atoms in a grain that seems absolutely mind boggling

The number of atoms in a grain of sand is a similar order of magnitude to the number of stars in the Universe and the number of grains of sand on Earth.

All three values are somewhere around 10^20 with couple of orders of magnitude potential error or variability. (How big is the grain of sand?)
