Sauerkraut

While browsing my supermarket website to compile a shopping basket, I came across an item Classic Sauerkraut.

This is something I've never tried. Any opinions before I take the plunge ?

If you like pickled cabbage, gerkins, pickled onions and all thing sour, you may like it.

Well, I tried it today - and I like it.

Just as well as quite a large jar turned up in my order :-)

It wasn't as strong as I expected, but I guess it varies as shoota said.

Sainsbury's. Made by *LovingFoods Ltd., labelled as Organic Fermented Sauerkraut.
