my points were not added because of a fault at the fuel filling pump i have a recipient for £35 i contacted Morrison they replied
"Thank you for contacting Morrisons. To allow us to prioritise feeding the Nation we will not be able to respond to any emails The Morrisons Team."
in other words tough !
btw you cant get these added at a store they cant handle you more card

How many points will you get for £35.00?
You’re quibbling about 17.5p worth of points?
I think you get 10 points per litre. So more like 35 p I think. Just put your hand down the back of your sofa!
Just think of it as getting your money directly from the fuel - price has dropped on average 10p a litre in a month.

so i know that but better get five pounds every few weeks than letting these go
i know how little they are but it adds up if not for you,,so what
I think I could forgive them at present, thy are having to prioritise how they work.

Hang on to that receipt and see if you can get it sorted when things return to some sort of normality.

Our Morrisons operatives are asking the customer to present the back of the card then scanning the barcode on the More card with their hand-held device, I'm sure your local staff will manage the same.

no.. i asked why they cant they said they were not allowed to put points at the customer services, full stop
