With all these airlines posting flights. Who are they for. Let’s take Spain for an example. Are the flights for Spanish nationals trying to get home. Ex Pats who have second homes there. Airlines trying to recoup lost revenue. They can’t be aimed at holiday makers surely. The FCO hasn’t lifted the advice on non essential travel has it. Peoples travel insurance wouldn’t cover them if they did go would it. Your views.

Many of the flights are basically carrying cargo in their holds, with seats available in the cabin for those few passengers who might wish to book them.

This is from a month ago but the situation hasn't changed a great deal since then:

Quite a lot of seats on future flights are being offered for sale only for the flights to be cancelled shortly before the departure date - my experience as I have just completed the second of two after a total of three being cancelled.
