I can't come up with a plan, so, go back to work, but only if you feel safe? if you don't feel safe, take it up with your employer. Employer to Boris, how do I make my workplace safe? Boris not got a clue, its a virus, you can't, but that's your problem now. employer to Boris, will you still pay 80% of wage to my staff if I can't make my workplace safe? Only if you can prove its not safe. Employer to Boris, how do I do that? Boris we will count your death rate after 6 months. But by then I won't have any staff left, Boris, I know, so you won't need us to pay 80% any longer. :0(
