The unions, to get what they have today, no work, but with pay. I can't see them giving that up any time soon. :0)

It isn't good enough yet. They want sick and holiday pay on top of the furry low pay, and a free bus or train for every individual who ventures to their place of "work" in the process of sustaining an "injury" that sets in motion a com pen say shun claim.

They may not have any choice . The Chancellor can't keep handing out up to £2500 per month for people to stay at home. And employers don't have to continue with it either.

19.02 I think they've just realised that, that's why Boris has just thrown the ball back to the employers. I can't come up with a plan, so, go back to work, but only if you feel safe? if you don't feel safe, take it up with your employer. Employer to Boris, how do I make my workplace safe? Boris not got a clue, its a virus, you can't, but that's your problem now. employer to Boris, will you still pay 80% of wage to my staff if I can't make my workplace safe? Only if you can prove its not safe. Employer to Boris, how do I do that? Boris we will count your death rate after 6 months. But by then I won't have any staff left, Boris, I know, so you won't need us to pay 80% any longer. :0(
