Might be a daft question but does anyone know if it's safe to use ibroprofen cream during this time?
It really helps with my sore knees but with talk of not taking ibuprofen at this time im abit unsure of using it.
Any advice please?x

Yes, it's fine to use.
Yes, although I've stopped taking ibuprofen orally for pain, I still use the gel for my feet and wrists.
There has been a change in the earlier information on Ibuprofen.

NHS coronavirus advice
The Commission on Human Medicines has now confirmed that there is no clear evidence that using ibuprofen to treat symptoms such as a high temperature can make coronavirus (COVID-19) worse.

You can take paracetamol or ibuprofen to treat the symptoms of coronavirus. We recommend that you try paracetamol first, it has fewer side effects than ibuprofen and is the safer choice for most people.

Always follow the instructions that come with your medicine.

It is absorbed but in far lower levels. No strong evidence either way, but reduced mobility is a health risk so you need to take that into account. I am still using mine but only when I have to until we get a definite answer.
