I live on a long pedestrian only street and I’ve been asked to take my speaker to the middle to play a couple of tracks on tonight’s Clapathon, I live in the bottom house and would like to use a long extension to go to the middle of the street ( by request) will I be alright using Amazon without WiFi as I think I’ll be out of range ?
Bet you’ve never been asked this before :0)))

Try it indoors first by switching your wifi off.
Can you download Amazon music, or is it streamed?
Do you mean your Alexa device? If so it needs wifi
You my be out of range of your own WIFI but the house nearest to where you position yourself will be in range. All you need is their password.

Yes I’m a subscriber so that’s not an issue, I don’t know a lot of people in the street just my immediates who are old( er) than I am and may not have WiFi , I thought I’d be able to ‘download ‘ the tracks to play without WiFi but I’ll now have a go at turning my WiFi off and see if it works
