Is my landlord allowed to enter my rented property during lockdown?

looking on the web, it is saying he is able to enter to carry 'essential repairs' during this time which is totally understandable but no essential repairs were needed or carried out. So therefore has he broken the law?

Thanks

I think he should have made an appointment to visit the property....and if he just let himself in during the current lockdown then he has surely broken the law.
NO HE IS NOT. He has broken the law get a solicitor quick and get them to send a warning letter or whatever.
Not without your permission.
