Is it causing an issue ?
Question Author
no but I am not sure if it should be there or if it is spam or something harmfull
Is it a work machine? We use Chrome at work and certain options are controlled by my employer
It's a new feature of Chrome and meant to be there. However you can still get rid of the message if it annoys you:

Question Author
no it is not a work machine and only used by myself.
I just don,t like to have anything that I did not choose to have ,
neither of those suggestions to remove it are available
on solution 1 there is nothing if you type managed in the search flags, and solution 2 there is nothing in chrome apart from default, I will just have to try and ignore it if it is ok.
>>> solution 2 there is nothing in chrome apart from default

Just delete the (yellow) 'Chrome' key anyway. (Right-click on it and select 'Delete').
