Watching 'Hubs' Onb My Sony Smart Tv - Help Please!

Last year when I bought my new Sony smart TV , by pressing FView button on my remote I could chose to view all sorts such as i Player, ITV, Ch4, and Demand 5 plus others like YouTube etc. I initially signed into them on my PC and on the tv. You tube is ok.

Recently I can only get iplayer (loads fast) and Ch4 (slow to load but works). ITV hub will load slowly but once the screen options appear I cannot move around the screen to select anything. Demand 5 does not load at all!

I can go into all these on my laptop and they load immediately. Has some thing gone wrong with the TV settings - I have not touched them as I would not know how. Is there anything I can do to retrieve them?
