In short - No.

Why do you think that you should, especially thinking of how many million debit card payments are made each day !
Many of my debit card transactions have resulted in email confirmations. The only ones that don't are my online gambling accounts. Suppose it depends on who you are paying the money to.
I pay most of my bills by debit card, twix123. Utd Utilities, TV Licence, Council Tax, Top up electricity and gas, etc and all payments are confirmed by email.
Yes, I always get an email confirmation when I've made a card purchase but it doesn't always give the card details.
Depends whether you are asking if the bank or retailer sends it. If you buy online, you will usually get an email from the supplier confirming payment. If you use your card in a shop you will usually just get a paper receipt, although a few retailers also ask if you want an e-receipt email. For such transactions your bank doesn't send an email
