It is April and the UK has been in "lockdown" since March 23rd, just over one week.

How has this affected your weight?

At this time there may be new factors that are having effects on your weight. This could be anything from stress, comfort eating or a lack of exercise.

Hopefully everybody is keeping well.

No way! I worked too hard to get where I am. I must admit though that the temptation to reward myself is strong but no junk in the house so that takes care of itself .

My weight size is unmeasurable where I am. But I felt really down recently, after a shower, when I noted how bad my middle looks now. Not fending for oneself and able to control food/drink/mealtimes is not helpful to weight control. Bad enough when it's just willpower one has to find in order to overcome. When things are out of one's own hands, all goes to pot.

This lockdown doesn't much help. Can't even get on with things I ought. Spend a lot of time sitting around now.
Whoops lost track of the time. How is everybody making out? All goes well here with me any way. Hope it’s the same for you.
In a strange way, the lockdown has helped me. No coffees and scones with friends, no restaurant visits etc. Most food made from scratch and quite healthy. Have lost 9 lb over the past 4 weeks, have even impressed myself.
I have been ok ish staying about the same, nicer weather makes it easier.
Not really in a position to check but suspect I'm gaining big time still.
I have to keep checking the fridge, just in case, erm, you know, something happened?
I have lost weight since lockdown started, I dusted off my indoor bike, and have been building it up, I started at barely 3 minutes and now manage 20 minutes.
Rather than take the dogs to the dog park which is now shut we take them on 2 loops of the village which equates to 3.5km every day.
On top of that we are also doing some hard gardening.
Not only have I lost weight I am toning too.
Five pound on due to Easter blues and an increased chocolate consumption....oh well back to good coffee, fresh fruit and veg.etc
Good morning all, hmmmmm...Dam that Easter Bunny 2 lbs up! Oh well, it was a complete surprise to find a little bag of choc eggs at my front door so it wasn’t really my fault.....was it?
I just want to say that I’ve been in self isolation since the end of February and I’m not finding it difficult BUT there is a huge temptation to reward myself with food. How about you?
I’m a bit scared to get on the scales.
I would love to get on my bike and have more exercise that way, but it’s got a puncture. Despite YouTube videos showing me what to do, I don’t think I can fix it myself. I’ve got a rowing machine, but that’s just so boring.
It's very tempting to treat boredom with snacking. I try to hold off until the evening and have a small treat (less than 100 kcal) with my last cup of tea. I am treating myself in other ways, long lazy baths face masks, manicures , a bunch of very non essential flowers....
Only received one chocolate egg which is sitting winking at me in the kitchen. However, a friend has a birthday on Friday so this will go in with her pressie which I shall hang on her back door handle.

Was down 0.4 lbs today, apparently. Surprised me I can tell you.
Well back in the right direction I suppose. Not that I feel I can make much headway these days.
Good morning all, I forgot to weigh myself today but on Monday I was down a bit so that’s good. My country (Denmark) is starting to slowly, slowly open up again, but I’m staying in my bubble until the vaccine comes out.
