Hello! I have in the freezer two 0.3kg packs of two turkey breast split fillets. How would I go about defrosting them for consumption immediatley? And to fry them would it be the same method as chicken?

I would defrost it in the microwave. Remember to core cook to at least 83 degrees celcius.
Warm water defrosts small packs quite quickly.
I never thaw frozen meat. I just rinse in under the faucet - let the water drip off - wrap it in foil, put it in a pan and put it in a slow oven. Always tender and moist that way for me.
Extra care should be taken when defrosting any meats in sinks etc, this is due to the bacteria splashing all over your surfaces and covering a much greater area.
