Old Sky Boxes

I have found two old Sky boxes in my new flat — one looks newish.
I do not have Sky.
Are these of any use at all.?

Wish it was an old Virgin Tivo box. An engineer switched my perfectly good Tivo for a new updated one. All well until I tried to record a film on to DVD and found the TV scart lead just dangling because the new Tivo didn't have the second scart lead socket I require.

If you search Amazon for HDMI to SCART, Retrocop, you'll find a load of options for £15 or less.

You can use the sky boxes to watch any freeview channels as long as you have either a dish or an aerial already installed. The boxes though will need to have an rf input to work with an aerial and the very latest sky boxes do not. If you look on line there is quite a market for second hand sky boxes.

Thank you . There should be a dish judging by the wiring route but I am not getting a signal...yet.
