Is there a way of transferring my notes on iPad to a flash drive without going iPad to iPad via Bluetooth ,I’m buying a new iPad and wish to get this one back to factory settings hopefully to sell ( generation 6) I have an iDisk which I can transfer video and photos to but my notes hold my passwords etc and I don’t see a transfer option

Export from iPad 1 to a PC.
Import from the PC to iPad 2.
