does anyone use this service? How does it work at the collection point, are the goods packed up for you or do you have to provide your own bags and then pack them there? (Only asking about this as plastic carriers are no longer used)

I think it varies from store to store. Are you thinking of using it for a food shop?
I believe they are boxed up as they would be delivered to your door.

Thank you both for your speedy replies. Yes it is for a food shop. I was hoping to get a delivery but getting a slot is nigh on impossible so click and collect seemed a viable alternative
at tesco and sainsburys they come in a plastic crate which you then have to decant to your own bags/boxes/boot space of your choice
I think the food might be packed into the plastic boxes, so take your shopping bags to decant it just in case. Not really sure.
