why would it?
I think it's bound to have some effect if countries are closing their borders and going on lock-down. How big an effect I don't know.
No. In fact countries such as France and Turkey may be even more willing to turn a blind eye to people leaving via lorries/boats. Once they arrive in a country without ID there is not normally a mechanism for sending them back. We could detain them for 2 weeks in testing centres - but that's got its own problems.
Illegals don't care too much about shutdowns.

indeed. like when there are evacuations in this country due to flooding, etc, burglar Bill always manages to beat the roadblocks and get in and take what he wants - and nobody seems to do anything about it.
